Nancy Daniel

When Nancy Daniel began playing flute in a Charlottesville, Virginia, public school summer band program just before 4th grade, she got no sound out of the instrument for five weeks. Twenty years later she was teaching flute at Eastern Kentucky University after completing degrees at the Oberlin College Conservatory and Northwestern University School of Music. Along the way she has performed chamber music and solo recitals in several states and in Austria and Italy. Currently a resident of Wallingford, Pennsylvania, in recent decades she has continued to teach and perform in the Philadelphia area.
